FRP (fibre reinforced plastic) cabins are light, seamless and do not rust. They are a practical choice where steel would corrode quickly: near the sea, in chemical plants or in consistently humid locations.

Advantages of FRP

  • No rust or corrosion, with a smooth, washable surface
  • Light enough to move with a small crew or a forklift
  • Colour is part of the material, so there is no repainting

What we build in FRP

Security and guard cabins, single and twin toilets, ticket and information kiosks, and small utility enclosures. Windows, doors, lighting and power points are fitted in our yard.

Sizes

FRP cabins are best suited to compact units: from 4 × 4 ft toilets to around 10 × 10 ft security cabins.

FAQ

FRP Cabin questions.

Is FRP better than steel for a cabin?

FRP is better where corrosion is the main problem, such as coastal or chemical sites, and for small cabins that need to be moved often. For larger cabins, offices and stacked units, steel is stronger and more economical.

How long does an FRP cabin last?

FRP does not rust, and with basic cleaning the shell keeps its finish for many years; fittings such as locks and electricals are serviced like any cabin.
